I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist me when I fell ill. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding and the facilities were top-notch. I appreciated having access to good English channels and the reliable internet. The location was perfect, being close to all the Dive Shops and just off 5th Avenue in this city. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so polite and nice, constantly at my service from the moment I walked in. They even offered me cold bottled water when I was clearly thirsty and hot. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action on 5th Ave. Plus, it was just seconds away from the beach, and my balcony had a view. The rooftop was amazing too, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the sights and evening atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the cute balcony. The hotel also provided free filtered water on every floor, which was a great bonus. If I ever come back to this city, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

None. Hotel maintenance was good, there was no elevator, and although there was some noise at night due to its proximity to a busy intersection, it wasn't disruptive. I had a great experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff, particularly Anna from reception, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I had. The hotel facilities were okay, but the service truly made my stay memorable. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to Fifth Avenue. I also appreciated the breakfast options and the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby area.
